A cult-classic brought back from the Archives, Paper celebrates Sandalwood as a skin scent thanks to Iso E Super. The Iso E Super plays off the natural scent of one’s skin for a soft Sandalwood trail that is truly unique.
Comparisons
We began with Paper Expressive: a sheer and crisp woody blend of Sandalwood and Iso E Super.
We then made this crisp composition sweeter and softer with a molecular Amber opening for a Personal rendition.
We also made an earthy, Bold rendition where Vetiver and wet woods cling to the skin.

I purchased the full sample set to test out all the scents and see which one I preferred as well as which intensity. I narrowed things down pretty quickly to the Paper and Book series. I ultimately purchased a full size of the Paper Expressive because it was a nice clean scent with the right amount of Sandalwood. I like to being recognized for a signature scent without it being a nuisance to those around me. Just enough to for people to notice but not knock them over. There are subtle differences between all three intensities of each scent and while I would have liked to have the stronger strength of the Paper+, it was a bit more earthy than I was looking for. My only complaint is that the Paper Expressive scent dissipates quickly. I end up spraying it a few times throughout the day to refresh the strength of the scent which means I'll go through the bottle quicker than I had hoped. With that said, I would and will purchase another bottle after this one empties. I also plan to purchase the smaller travel size of the Book Expressive, it's a bit smokey and intense for every day wear, but would be perfect for special events/occasions.

Bold
Fragrance isn't one-scent-fits-all.
Some people wear fragrances only for themselves—preferring scents that are discrete, close to the skin, only to be noticed by the ones they allow close. Others prefer a statement fragrance—scents that fill the room with their presence, to be noticed by everyone else. And of course, there are the people that fall somewhere in between—preferring scents that will land them compliments within their immediate radius and without overwhelming any space.
With this in mind, each Commodity fragrance is available in three different Scent Space concentrations—Personal, Expressive, and Bold—so that you can find your favorite fragrance in your preferred Scent Space.
Select a Scent Space:
Personal-
Ideal if you prefer a subtle, intimate fragrance only to be noticed by you and the ones you allow close. These lighter, molecular renditions only have a whisper of their 'Expressive' counterpart and embody the concept of less is more. Soft, ethereal and luxurious, there's no need to worry about how others are experiencing your fragrance.
Expressive
The Expressive collection marks our starting point. This collection is considered by many to be the perfect balance of longevity and projection. These fragrances will make a statement without overpowering any space. To be noticed by you and the many around you, these are your effortless, everyday scents.
Bold
There is no modesty when it comes to the Bold collection. These are amplified renditions of their 'Expressive' counterpart and embody the concept of more is more. Strong, statement scents that will grab attention and make a statement as they fill the room with your presence, these are for you and everyone else.
Subtle and unique, this scent opens with molecular Iso E Super. Then, as the minutes pass and the scent comes to life, you'll begin to notice crisp cedarwood. After that comes the soft Sandalwood trail.

“My inspiration for Paper comes from writing a letter to a loved one. Deep in thought, remembering the memories, the heartfelt scent of Paper was created by a combination of rich cedarwood, sandalwood and amber enhancing that warm and cozy feeling while writing.”
