As a design-led perfumery, we’re always searching for inspiration. This summer, our annual Summer Fridays series returns with destinations across the U.S. that spark creativity and invite discovery.
Our first stop is Storm King Art Center, a 500-acre outdoor museum nestled in New York’s Hudson Valley. Here, large-scale sculptures and site-specific commissions unfold across fields, woodlands and rolling hills, creating a unique relationship between art and nature.
Dedicated to collecting, exhibiting and conserving modern and contemporary art, Storm King offers an immersive way to experience art beyond the traditional gallery setting.
Some of our favorite works include Alexander Calder’s Arch, Alexander Liberman’s Iliad (pictured below), and Zhang Huan’s Three Legged Buddha. Many installations invite visitors to engage more closely—whether by walking through them, sitting on them, or experiencing them from different vantage points throughout the grounds.
Alongside its permanent collection, Storm King regularly presents special exhibitions and installations, including large-scale sculptures or smaller works housed in Storm King’s Museum Building.
While You’re There…
Stop by Jones Farm, one of the few surviving family farms in the Hudson Valley. Grab lunch at the café, where seasonal dishes showcase local ingredients, then head to the bakery for a homemade dessert.
Looking to explore beyond the museum grounds? Storm King Adventure Tours offers guided experiences throughout the region, including walking and kayaking excursions to Pollepel Island's Bannerman Castle, sunset paddles, and more.

Ice(d) Expressive
Stay cool while exploring the Hudson Valley landscape. Frozen Mango quickly ices over with crisp, herbaceous Spearmint and Eucalyptus, delivering a unique, long-lasting freshness that feels tailor-made for a summer day outdoors.
