Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Redemption
Commodity Digital Gift Cards, also known as eGift Cards, entitle the owner to purchase the nominated amount for online product purchases exclusively at CommodityFragrances.com.

They cannot be used at our retail store and they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Gift Card.  

Expiration, Usage & Deactivation
Commodity’s Digital Gift Cards do not expire, and no inactivity or service fees apply. However, Commodity reserves the right to refuse to honor any card in the event of a disputed credit card charge or other failure of consideration.
Gift Cards can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is used up. Gift Card holders can check their remaining balance here. 
Gift Cards can be combined with other payment methods if the order total exceeds the gift card value. 

If the gift card you purchased comes with a Gift with Purchase, you will be charged for shipping this Gift with Purchase as its zero-dollar value is less than the free shipping threshold. Should you prefer not to pay for shipping, simply remove the Gift with Purchase from your basket.

Sales, Refunds & Returns

All sales of Gift Cards are final. Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded (even if balance is not used), exchanged, reloaded, replaced if lost or sold, redeemed for cash or another gift card, or transferred to another digital gift card or owner.

If the product you purchased with a gift card is successfully returned, your refund will go back onto the gift card. Commodity will not issue any cash credit for these returns.
