    Velvet, lives up to it's expectation.

    Now we're talking. My husband, who swears he can never smell scents that I wear, actually received an olfactory wakeup call (his sense of smell came to the party) and it was a big deal. Who wants to invest time searching and $$ trying to find (the) fragrance that fits just to get a meh? I guess it could be referred to as unisex, though I'm sure it smells superior on me rather than him, hah! It only missed the total 5 mark for sticking around for the long haul, it left you wanting more. Thanks for the sample!

    Gothic, Romantic Beloved

    Literally smells like youā€™re running through the halls of an old castle thatā€™s owned by a vampire whoā€™s secretly in love with you. There are dried bouquets of roses in every room and the furniture is covered with old cloths and an inch thick layer of dust. The most perfect gothic, romantic perfume straight from a pulp fiction novel. Decent projection and lasts about 4 hours.

    Mysterious and Unusual

    This dark-ish rose is almost bohemian gothic to me. Unusual...not something you'll smell on everyone. I get the scent of clove and incense along with the rose...this is definitely not your typical rose scent. I recommend trying before buying a full bottle. I love it!
