First time ordering Commodity fragrance. I ordered Milk- and Gold. It was a blind buy. I read a few comments, especially about Milk, all three strengths, that it is not safe blind buy. I would say go for it. I don't know which I like best. Milk- or Gold. Not like. It is love. Literally love. Both could be my new signature scents. Eventhough Gold is Expressive it is not much stronger than Milk-. That make me think that Milk Expressive would be stronger than Gold Expressive. That is my next purchase for sure. Milk Expressive. Regarding Gold Expressive it is strong, but not too strong. It is vanilla scent, but vanilla is not too strong on me. It is warm and cosy. Someone might say both of them are perfumes for colder months because they are sweet, warm and cosy, but since they are not overpowering for me they could both be my all year perfumes. They literally linger on my skin and they suit my skin's chemistry so good. And they last for hours. Literally for hours. The first day I received them I tested their longevity and after 12 hours I could still smell them on my skin. They were subtle, but they were both there.

I love the juniper opening. Bright perhaps a twist of something orange and juicy and clean like new snow on pine trees - blended smoothly and an almost aromatherapy scent for me. The ingredients are high quality. Comforting and warm and rich in the middle sweet and creamy but not cloying in the least. A very classy gentle scent and not one that makes my husband cough or wheeze or headachey (he is very sensitive to perfume). Yet the best has not yet come - it is the dry down that really brings out the magic for me. The amber vanilla musk combo is just stunning and blooms on my skin like a golden flower. Yes! This is what I want to smell like! This perfume needs to be warn on skin to truly understand its beauty: a test strip won’t do it justice. One note: I do have to take a perfume fast from this one frequently because I become nose blind to it quickly. Unfortunately it is usually it is the exquisite amber vanilla musk dry down I become nose blind to - especially if I wear it too often, and this is regretful, because when my nose and brain work together as they should to register the whole Journey of this perfume it is my all time favorite. I hardly ever buy full bottles but for this one, I did for Gold expressive. Perhaps one day they will create a slightly stronger, intense version of Gold Expressive (with all these same notes) because I would buy that too!
