We started with Book Expressive: a warm yet unexpectedly fresh woody scent built around Cedarwood and Sandalwood.
We then infused black tea and skin musk to place an emphasis on freshness for an aromatic Personal rendition.
We finished with a bravado, an amplified Bold rendition with the addition of smoky, velvety musks.
Very nice scent. My wife enjoys it! She normally tells me I smell nice but she actually was interested in this scent.
I absolutely adore this scent. I bought the expressive one thinking it might keep longer, but unfortunately it fades rather quickly.
Excellent fragrance long lasting and many compliments will definitely purchase again!

Fragrance isn't one-scent-fits-all.
Some people wear fragrances only for themselves—preferring scents that are discrete, close to the skin, only to be noticed by the ones they allow close. Others prefer a statement fragrance—scents that fill the room with their presence, to be noticed by everyone else. And of course, there are the people that fall somewhere in between—preferring scents that will land them compliments within their immediate radius and without overwhelming any space.
With this in mind, each Commodity fragrance is available in three different Scent Space concentrations—Personal, Expressive, and Bold—so that you can find your favorite fragrance in your preferred Scent Space.

Smoky and woody, this scent opens with notes of Eucalyptus and Violet. Then, as the minutes pass and the scent comes to life, you'll begin to notice Cedarwood and Sandalwood. For the final chapter, Velvet Musk and Smoke bring about a dramatic finale.

“The original book was inspired by turning the pages and breathing in the smell of dry paper mingling in with the open fresh air. In Book Bold, I also used this as inspiration, but wanted to create a more expressive experience. I amplified the eucalyptus and cedar notes of Book Personal by layering in violet and earthy, deep vetiver root creating a more intense version for the wearer.”
