As a Graphic Designer you will join a fast-paced work environment, working alongside a dynamic group on assets for Commodity Fragrances and Twisted Lily. Tasks include delivering effective, aesthetic, and on-brand graphics, weekly promotional emails, and using marketing knowledge to create effective advertisements and social posts. Core Responsibilities
Websites:
Creating assets for our websites
Resizing/re-scaling product images and uploading to site backends
Social Media:
Create and assist in content creation for social media assets and blogs
Minor in Marketing is a PLUS
Email Newsletters:
Create weekly email/SMS campaigns and templates
Create automated email/SMS flows to guide customer’s purchase journey

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or related field
Minor in Marketing is a PLUS
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator a MUST, any other apps a PLUS)
Basic email and social media marketing knowledge (Hootsuite, Klaviyo, Attentive a PLUS)
Have operational and organizational skills to work on multiple projects at once and complete tasks in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail is a MUST
Creative thinking and conceptualization
Willingness to learn new things is a MUST
Takes initiative & constructive criticism into consideration for tasks
Ability to troubleshoot problems, find solutions
Flexibility to take on new tasks when necessary
